From design to installation
In House Design
From concept design to final manufacturing the whole process is carried out in house by skilled staff with over 20 years experience. We use the latest 3D designing software.
Machine Shop
On site department offering a full suite of machining capabilities - CNC lathe, CNC machining centre, Manual lathe, manual milling machine, surface grinder etc.
Hydraulic Systems
The hydraulic systems required for the baling equipment, walking floors etc. are designed in house and manufactured to suit the requirements of each machine.
Electrical Design & Manufacture
The electrical control systems are designed, Manufactured and fitted to the machinery all as an in house process
Service & Installation
The Installation of the system is carried out by our own experienced staff which makes for an efficient safe install
Fabrication
Steel is cut and the profiles / components are fabricated to create the building blocks of your system
Laser Cutting
Our Bystronic laser cutting unit renowned for their high-definition, high-speed precision in metal cutting, which significantly enhances our machining quality and efficiency.
Sheet Metal Department
sheet metal components are manufactured in house using our CNC guillotine, hydraulic folding unit, spot welding unit, rollers, benders etc
Fitting & Final Testing
Once all the components required have been made, they are painted and finally assembled including the hydraulics and electrics. Testing happens prior to delivery
