Aries XL 115 Ton Twin ram baling unit

Lindum Group has recently took delivery of a new Aries XL 115 Ton Twin ram baling unit with 1800mm wide infeed chain conveyor.  This is the second twin ram baler purchased by Lindum group with the other unit being our T50Hsa purchased last year. The Aries baling unit is designed and built in the UK by Ken Mills Engineering we have been in the recycling trade for nearly 35 years.

The Aries XL twin ram baler will be baling card, plastics, Hard plastics, Fibre and other products. The Aries XL baler is fitted with the latest in wire tying technology using the Accent 470. Our newly designed Aries baler is fitted with a 45kw main motor drive and is capable of producing 20 bales per hour of card board at approx 600kg to 750kg dependant on the bale size required.

The Twin ram baler can be used as a standalone installation or as part of a larger recycling MRF system, It can also be used in conjunction with an infeed conveyor which we can design to suit the location or job it will be used for, we manufacture to suit the exact requirements / application.
