Suez Upgrades with New KME Aries Twin Ram Baler
Ken Mills Engineering Ltd is excited to announce the successful installation of a new KME Aries Twin Ram Baler at Suez. Marking a significant upgrade in Suez’ Material Recovery Facility (MRF). This move comes as a replacement for their old twin ram baler. Which had been a workhorse for over two decades.
The decision to retire their 20-year-old KME baler was driven by its extensive service life. Their growing need for enhanced efficiency and performance in the facility. The Old KME twin ram baler, renowned for its durability, had served Suez faithfully, handling countless tonnes of material. Contributing significantly to the company’s recycling efforts. However, after 20 years of hard work, it was time for a replacement to meet modern demands and improve operational efficiency.
The new KME Aries Twin Ram Baler, installed in the facility, represents a major leap forward in technology and performance. The Aries model is known for its robust design, superior compaction capabilities & advanced automation features. These improvements will not only streamline the baling process but also increase throughput, reduce energy consumption, and enhance overall safety.
