Latest Fully automatic Aries Twin Ram Installtion.
This is the latest fully automatic twin ram baler to be installed to a large UK logisics company. The machine will be handling the sites entire waste coming back from all the UK restaraunts in the south and will be working on a 24hr shift. this new machine enables them to process the material direct from the back of wagon and helps clear the wagon from the loading docks in under 15 minutes
The machine is fitted with the latest in Accent wire tying technology which feeds a wire around the bale in under 4 seconds. Due to its compact design the machine can be shipped almost complete making it a quick and seamless installation in under 2 days. The machine is baling card and plastic bottles and replaces there old semi automatic horizontal baler.
The Aries baler is capable of handing upto 5 tons per hour of cardboard waste which made this the ideal machine for our clients growing recycling needs. The machine has already made over 400 off millsize bales of cardboarxd in under 4 days demonstrating it worth onsite straight away.
