Hay bales from a twin ram!

When you think of a twin ram baler you don’t associate it with making hay bales or straw bales. Typically they are found on recycling sites processing rigid plastic, cardboard, foam etc. But here we have our Aries twin ram baler baling dried chopped grass.

Proof that our balers are versatile & can handle such a large range of products.

The bales produced are high density made with the balers 70tn of main ram pressure. It has a fully automatic sequence and is finished with a low maintenance wire tire device. The output bales could alternatively be plastic strapped or bound by a sleeve for transportation.

Bale weights of dried chopped grass range from 300-400kg. The baler could also accommodate straw, hay, alfalfa etc (chopped or unchopped)

The baler has many feed options, the video displays a hopper being fed by a JCB. Other feed methods could be conveyor feed or from one of our bale breaker systems.
